We will be brief and transparent.
At this point in time, we don't know much about how this impacts cards already at PSA, Cards being graded by PSA, Cards on their way to PSA. We have over 150 cards at PSA going through all sorts of stages and it is very stressful not knowing what is happening. We shall endeavour to keep people posted as we hear more, but appreciate that this event can and will trigger some feelings of stress and anxiousness. If you need someone to talk to, we are happy to take on questions but know that we are also in the dark unfortunately. We have personal cards in most of our subs, usually to make up numbers etc, so rest assured that we will try and stay on top of this.
Some subs from March have not yet been sent due to our commitments to Collector Zone, Canning vale Markets and Card Fest taking priority. Hence some subs are still here in WA. We will contact the relevant parties over the next few days. You will be given the opportunity to get your card back or chance to tell us if you would like us to hold off sending them until more information is released.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and stress, but rest assured we are here for you and for the long run.
