I believe there is more to vintage and antiques than just their monetary value....to me the value is in the nostalgia, the memories. Owning an antique or vintage piece that has been handed down through the family is part of how we pass on our personal family stories, traditions and history which in turn help us understand where we've come from and who we are. When we use those pieces in our homes and at the table with our families on special occasions we have the opportunity to honour and remember those family members that came before us, and to create new traditions and stories for the generations to come.
