I have always been quite loyal and remained within these positions for many years, gaining an intimate knowledge of how those businesses & comp

anies were run on a day to day basis. Before you can advance to senior positions, You need an understanding of basic requirements of each individual position, & the roles each person in the company need to play to make it a success. I was able to rise up the ladder to achieve roles as a store manager & team leader, within two well known corporate entities, I was able to gather the knowledge & play a pivotal role in making my time there a success. I have decided to make the headlong plunge into the unknown and start to finally utilise those skills to further my own ambition's, Starting my first business & working at my own pace, instead of to a beating drum. I realise that there will be many up's, down's & issues I may encounter on the way, though I do believe I have the drive, ambition, and the skills necessary to make my own business as much of a success as any other.
