7. Slacklining Enhances Muscle Memory
As you step on the line, it starts to shake uncontrollably. If you fail to concentrate on the goal, you will fall. Line walkers have proven to have a massive amount of eye and foot coordination. The immense concentration on balance and line movement have shown enhancement in the brain associated with learning and memory.
