Project Feature | Private Home Gallery, Quindalup

When your home is also your own private art gallery, lighting needs to do more than simply brighten the space — it needs to complement the artwork, enhance the architecture and create the right atmosphere throughout the home.

For this project, we helped create a layered lighting solution that balances ambient, accent and decorative lighting across the open-plan living areas and gallery spaces.

Track lighting directs attention onto featured artworks, providing focused illumination.

Recessed downlights provide clean, understated general lighting throughout the living and dining areas.

The result is a home where the lighting works quietly in the background, allowing the artwork, architecture and spaces themselves to take centre stage.

Project Feature | Mt Duckworth Residence, Yallingup

Perched high above Geographe Bay, this stunning contemporary home is a perfect example of how thoughtful lighting can elevate exceptional architecture.

At the Mt Duckworth Residence, our lighting design was centred around creating warmth, balance and understated elegance. Inside, carefully positioned recessed lighting enhances the natural limestone, polished concrete and timber finishes, while maintaining the clean, minimalist aesthetic of the home.

Outside, subtle architectural and landscape lighting brings the residence to life after sunset. Soft uplighting highlights the home's striking façade, mature olive trees and native landscaping, creating a welcoming arrival while preserving the tranquillity of its spectacular South West setting.

The result is a lighting scheme that not only complements the home's contemporary design but also enhances the seamless connection between indoor living spaces and the breathtaking views through the surrounding eucalypts.

Project Collaboration | Custom Timber Pendant

We’re proud to share this custom-made timber pendant, created through a close collaboration with Raw Edge Furniture, for .albany.

Crafted from beautiful American White Ash, this 3-metre pendant brings together thoughtful design, skilled craftsmanship and a shared appreciation for quality materials and attention to detail. The natural grain and warm tones of the timber give the piece a distinctive character, complemented by a clean, integrated LED light source.

There’s something particularly special about the tactile quality of this piece. The American White Ash has been carefully shaped, sanded and finished to create an incredibly smooth, almost silky touch — a surface that invites you to run your hand along the grain and appreciate the craftsmanship as much as the visual detail.

Working alongside skilled local makers like the team at Raw Edge Furniture allows us to turn ideas into something tangible — combining different skills and perspectives to create a piece that is both functional and beautifully crafted.
