🐧 Every day from the 4th to the 19th of July, you can explore our enchanting icy landscape zone and spot the polar bears and penguins. Plus, you can enter our massive draw to WIN a $5,000 Hello World Travel snow holiday getaway!

Since 2024 we have collected over 723kg of much needed food, which has been distributed to the surrounding areas. This year with your help, we can reach our goal of 1 tonne.

There is still plenty of time to make a difference. We are accepting donations for the rest of the month for non perishables and dry goods including cereal, pasta, biscuits, boxed and canned food items.

Beat the winter chill and tuck into this juicy beef stroganoff recipe from Woolworths . This classic dish makes a hearty weeknight dinner and perfect for left over lunches. Recipe below:

🍽 Beef Stroganoff

INGREDIENTS
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 500g beef stir-fry strips
• 1 brown onion, sliced
• 500g mushrooms, sliced
• 2 tbsp plain flour
• 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• 1/4 bunch parsley, chopped
• 1/2 cup light sour cream
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1½ cups beef stock

METHOD
1️⃣ Brown beef in batches in half the oil; set aside.
2️⃣ Cook onion & mushrooms for 8 mins. Stir in flour, Worcestershire, tomato paste & mustard.
3️⃣ Gradually add stock and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, stir in beef & sour cream, and cook 2 mins until combined. Top with parsley & serve.

For the past 12 months, I've been working full time in West Perth.

That means the way I represent & support our community has changed a bit.

Lots of early morning meetings, late nights catching up & back to back weekend events.

I've always believed Councillors should work harder & be more visible after an election than during the campaign.

It helps build and maintain trust with our residents, and ensures we remain connected to local issues & big priorities.

This June we’re partnering with OzHarvest and taking donations to help support people in need in the local community. You can make a difference by donating dry goods such as cereal, pasta, biscuits, boxed and canned food items. The donations will be collected by the OzHarvest team each week, and distributed to those in need within the local community.
