Seaview Aquarium Centre first opened in May 1983
in the Adelaide suburb of Seaview Downs as
'Seaview Downs Aquarium and Pet Centre'

In 1986 we relocated and re-opened as an aquarium specialist store at out current location
237 Anzac Highway at Plympton

Over 300 aquariums and a large furniture showroom! We carry everything you could possibly imagine to keep your aquarium fish happy and healthy. S

Seaview Aquarium Centre have over 300 aquariums containing tropical and goldfish, cichlid and marine fish, plus an extensive selection of
aquarium products, reptile equipment and accessories. As well as supplying an extensive variety of quality
aquarium saltwater and freshwater fish, we supply:

freshwater turtles
hermit crabs
axolotls
snakes
lizards
spiders
frogs and a variety of tadpoles

We have a large area dedicated to garden ponds and carry a diverse range of:

pre-made ponds

It was time for a MASSIVE upgrade at Seaview Aquarium Centre!

Our Red Sea RE**ER 900 display has been a centrepiece of the store, but it was time to make way for the brand-new Red Sea RE**ER G3 S-1000.

Of course, replacing an established reef aquarium is a little more complicated than simply swapping one tank for another…

We had to carefully remove and temporarily house all of the fish, corals and other livestock, disconnect and move all of the equipment, drain and remove the old aquarium, get the new S-1000 into position, install the equipment, rebuild the aquascape and finally move everything back into its new home.

It was a massive job, but the result was absolutely worth it!
