HUMP DAY DINNER INSPO.

Back by request, here's another Port Seafood Easy Wednesday Meal Inspiration.

Crispy-skinned Huon Valley Salmon with Pumpkin Risotto and Spicy Italian Bomba Spread.
-Cook Risotto Mix Packet as per directions, using our Housemade Fish Stock. Allow to stand for 5mins.
-Season salmon portions with sea salt flakes.
-Heat oil in pan over medium heat, place Salmon portions skin-side down until golden brown 3-4mins.Turn and cook for a further 1-2min to finish
-To plate, spoon risotto in middle, place Salmon on top. Finish with dollop of spicy Italian Bomba, squeeze of lemon and sprinkle of salt flakes.

HUMP DAY DINNER INSPO.

This collection of ingredients just screams easy mid-week meal, Seafood Marinara with Squid Ink Pasta. Simply saute mixed seafood in garlic butter in a pan add marinara sauce, cover until seafood is cooked. Boil pasta and strain. Add fresh herbs and a dollop of Hot Chilli Spread and season with salt flakes and cracked pepper.
