Discounted due to the odd smaller oyster in the dozen. Otherwise still very good quality and taste. Packed January 2023 (shelf life 12 months).

Grown and packaged locally using 100% Australian made bacon supplied by Streaky Bay Meats on the Eyre Peninsula and delicious Kilpatrick sauce produced exclusively by Spring Gully Foods in Adelaide.

A few days late but we wanted to thank everyone who come to our aid last Thursday when the bush fire reached our factory…it could have been a lot worse without the help of the MFS, CFS, Tim, Pauly, Scruff and Aaron. Thanks to our friends at Gazander Oysters who rushed a freezer truck down to the area but couldn’t get through and Dennis Transport who were able to take our frozen stock.
We are still without power but won’t be long and we will be back in action.
Our thoughts are with everyone who have been impacted by this fire.
