Project Esplanade | Coffin Bay
A full yard make over, newly constructed steps leading into a fire pit area with back splash, reinstated retaining wall & garden edging to create new spaces within the yard.
With a total of 310sqm of kikuyu lawn and automated irrigation system.
We have opted for a long row of Pyrus calleryana capital pears to provide height, privacy and shade from the NW summer sun along with durability to withstand the coastal conditions.
Magnolia Little Gems to provide some fast privacy while the Tristianiopsis Laurina ‘”luscious’ Watergums settle in to their new home within the lawn space.
A row of Olea “Manzanillo” Olives in some rescued open planter beds to offer some coloured textures for inside appeal.
And finally a couple of Eucalyptus leucoxylon ‘euky dwarf to break up all the even growth, bring a flurry of red flowers and some gnarly growth over hanging the lawn space for shade. Customers have opted for Under planting at their own leisure.
