Holy s**t was that a year 🤣
2023 has taught me so many things. One of them is that burnt out is VERY MUCH real 🤣 Being fully honest, I hit a point this year where I was purely working out of fear of losing interest from people. I could never switch my brain off & was always wanting to do more - even when I needed a break. In the process, I lost motivation to keep going with my business. As a lot of you guys know, I ended up getting extremely sick & was essentially forced out of working for a couple of months. Though this was a super scary time for me, I now know it was the Universe’s way of telling me to slow down. So many of us get caught up in wanting more & forget to look at how far we’ve come. Seeing how many of you stuck around even when I was gone for awhile really flipped a switch for me. I created Black Yarrow to help others heal, yet somehow you guys have helped heal apart of me that I didn’t even know needed it, & I will forever be grateful for that. After taking a step back, I now know where I need to be & have soooo many exciting things to share with you all in 2024 ✨🙏🤎
I cannot believe how quickly this year has gone… I had just turned 16 when Black Yarrow opened and I’m now a frickin adult?!? It absolutely boggles my mind that some of you have been along since the very start of this journey, it’s been such a beautiful privilege to grow with you 🤎 Thank you to every person who has supported me & my little business this year. I am so beyond grateful for you. I see every like, comment, order note and message from you guys & each one is a reminder of why I do this. You are all so appreciated & this community we have created together is such a beautiful space. To those who have purchased from me this year, thank you so so much. I know it’s been a rough year for everyone with the fu**ed up cost of living, so every order has been so super appreciated. I wouldn’t be able to do this without you 🤎
