Have you wanted to learn how to make salami but haven't been able to find somewhere to go not on a week day. Then come and join us on Sunday 30th August with Dave from Cleaver cabinets, as he makes a delicious salami from scratch, going through the whole process, which takes about an hour and a half.

Due to the great turn out from our last course and some people disappointed that they couldn't make it, as well as the fact Dave will be up this way. He is going to run another demo.

We have a few newbies this week from the legends at Country Brewer HQ.
Firstly we have our revamped Xtract kits. Now making up to 23 litres(old kits made 20litres).
Add your own touch by varying 150g grains and even try different yeast. The packs will have yeast suggestions, but feel free to try others and now we have a few Cellar Science yeast to add to our already extensive range.

Finally got freight sorted and just got delivery of 60 ESB fresh wort kits(finally back in stock). While I was sorting freight out I ordered a couple of extra All Inn Brewing kits and may have gotten a little excited.
At least there's plenty to choose from, but don't wait to long as they tend to move pretty quick.

We had a great day at the salami making course and we had a good turnout, despite the wet weather. A few managed to take off before the group photo, but he had over 30 for the course.
