Sugar & Flame Sugar & Flame cakes and desserts created by national award winning pastry chef Olivia Lutze. VEGAN, All cakes and desserts are made by myself, Olivia Lutze.

Sugar & Flame Creations is located in the valley of Lobethal in the Adelaide Hills. Delicious desserts of all kinds are made to your special requests with quality fresh local produce, some organic homegrown produce and edible flowers, and specialty imported ingredients. From croquembouche, wedding cakes and chocolates to smash cakes, birthday cakes, cupcakes and bespoke desserts for any occasion.

Contact me and we can discuss your ideas and create a perfect dessert for your event! I hold a number of qualifications in the trades of pastry chef, baker, and chef, as well as a lot of front of house experience on the side. I have also won a number of state competitions and national, to go onto the position of a head pastry chef. Being a mum these days I get a lot more time at home now to make epic desserts and cake for you :)
