🚧 Network Maintenance are happening in Portland! 📱

To ensure we continue getting a reliable, high-quality mobile service, Telstra is carrying out essential maintenance on the Tyers St site next week.

🗓 When: Starting Tuesday, September 8th for 2 days.
⚠️ Impact: You might experience temporary mobile service disruptions, with the site being switched off for periods of up to 6 hours so the crew can safely complete the works.

The Good News: Your NBN, satellite internet, and home landlines (PSTN) will NOT be affected!

A Few Quick Tips to Prepare:
💳 Local Businesses: If your EFTPOS terminal relies on the Telstra mobile network, try connecting it to your Wi-Fi or NBN so your payments can keep flowing smoothly.
🏥 Medical & Safety Devices: If you use a fall detector or medical alarm that relies on mobile connectivity, check with your provider to see if you can switch it to Wi-Fi temporarily.
🚨 Emergencies: If you need to dial 000, your phone will automatically attempt to connect to any other available mobile network. If it doesn't connect within 5 seconds, hang up and try again, staying on the line for up to 60 seconds.
