Beef Marinade
• 250g beef steak (rump, sirloin, or flank), thinly sliced
• ¼ tsp bicarb soda
• 1 tbsp cornflour
• 2 tbsp oil
• ¼ cup water
Sauce
• 2 tbsp Yeo’s Salted Soya Bean Sauce
• 3 tbsp Lee K*m Kee Hoisin Sauce
• 1 tbsp Lee K*m Kee Oyster Sauce
• 1 splash Shaoxing wine
• ¾ cup water
• 1 tbsp cornflour

• 2 cloves garlic, chopped
• 1 tbsp grated ginger
• 1 onion, sliced
• 1 red capsicum, sliced
