Hello lovely Queenie, we miss you! Hope you've all had a lovely holiday break and great start to the new year!
As most of you know our little family has stumbled over some challenges over the last little while!
Queenie is BIG TIME in our hearts and never far from our thoughts.
The reason we bought those beautiful buildings was to restore them and create spaces for our beautiful community to showcase their MANY amazing and DIVERSE talents.
An idea has popped into my head and im hoping you would be interested.... CREATIVE COLLECTIVE... I know there are similar places in town, I am just thinking, more couldn't hurt ;)
Thinking to bring the costs of rent down we could share space. a shelf/ wall etc displaying the many talents of our clever communities talents.
Then one or two of us take turns manning the shop each day we COLLECTIVELY devide hours of operation between us etc.
a weekly amount would be paid to rent the space (whatever we work out .... a nominal amount compared to renting out the entire shop / week) ( also open to this idea.... if you have a BIG idea and need the space )
but LOVE the idea of keeping costs low whilst providing space and love to the many amazingly talented CREATIVES in town.
Whether you paint, film, photo, sew, crotchet....
mixed creatives in an ALL INCLUSIVE, WELCOMING space.
please msg me with your thoughts and see if we can get this idea rolling.
