“Shared Horizons” opening tomorrow night at 6pm. doors will be open at 5 for those attending the quiz night or anyone wanting to come early.
This exhibition involves six artists from Rainbow and their shared love of art, knowledge and experiences. With a beautiful array of works, you will be delighted to see what talent we have in Rainbow.

This afternoon we completed the first of our two-part oil painting workshop. Using beautiful lemons donated by Helen Fisher — thank you, Helen! — participants began the first layer of two paintings.

One work explored traditional blending techniques, while the second introduced optical mixing, challenging participants to step outside their usual way of painting and experiment with colour and technique.

Next week, we’ll build on today’s foundations, adding more detail and introducing the palette knife to bring the works to life.

What a wonderful result from today’s car drawing workshop! We also had two adults join us. I was very impressed with their efforts to build a drawing of a car starting with a cube.

Last week to see the Classic and JDM car Photography Exhibition. With a car on show, over 140 photographs, model cars and memorabilia, this exhibition is packed full of things to see. We also have some Bluetooth car radios, model cars, car diamond dotz and matchbox cars for sale. This exhibition has been sponsored by O’Connors Machinery, Warracknabeal.
