Hanzel & Gretelz is a family owned and operated business. We make our fudge in a fudge kettle which is basically a large mixer surrounded by a water jacket. The various ingredients are added to the kettle and mixed together whilst being gently heated. When the fudge is ready it is either poured into trays to cool and set, mixed with another fudge to make one of our delicious combination flavours a

nd swirls, or additional ingredients such as ginger or nuts are added. From just 4 basic fudges – vanilla, caramel, chocolate & milk chocolate – Hanzel & Gretelz Fudge mixes and blends the finest ingredients to make an amazing variety of fudges.A huge variety of freshly cut, delicious fudge for you to choose from, there really is something for everyone. Bailey’s Irish Cream or Chocolate Mint Swirl? Cappuccino or Chocolate Rum Raisin? Cookies & Cream or Vanilla Caramel Swirl? - the list goes on, with a range of choices sure to satisfy everyone.
