Stand in the entry of the Malvern Residence for a moment before moving on. The walls and ceiling are wrapped in warm timber finishes, Signorino Austral Dream dolomite console runs a line of arches along one side, and beneath it all sits Woodcut‘s Linen from the Premium Collection, laid in herringbone, pale and calm, pointing you down the hallway like the house itself is showing you the way. Follow it and the floor never breaks stride. It runs beneath the heritage arches at the front of the home and out into the open living spaces at the rear, where the pattern catches long bars of sunlight falling across the dining table and stretches toward the pool beyond the glass.
Linen has a soft, washed neutrality, light enough to brighten the timber-heavy palette, warm enough to belong to it. It’s the kind of floor you stop noticing as a product and start experiencing as the home‘s temperature.
