As of 2023 Southern Highlands Shortbread ceased trading .
I have been receiving lots of messages lately enquiring about my product which has been lovely .I had notified people on Instagram but only realised recently that I hadn't on Facebook.
Thanks to all my customers .
It was a passion of mine that sadly did not survive the financial pressure of small business in Australia.
