As I expected would happen, this person who made the review is someone I’ve now had to block on her actual account. This “Dee Dee” account isn’t even a customer of mine, and neither is Kristy from the last screenshot — another one that suddenly appeared upset while I was typing this post. These are friends getting involved after I blocked her due to the way I was being spoken to.
For context, I held an order of over $500 worth of crystals for almost 2 months with only a small amount paid towards it, purely out of kindness and understanding because I was told she was waiting on a “loan.”
I have countless receipts and messages here of being told very personal things about this person’s life — being stalked, financial struggles, needing extensions on claims, and just general day-to-day chats about all sorts of things. Honestly, I love that part of this business too: getting to know people, building friendships, and creating a sense of community and purpose.
I love being transparent with my customers. Yes, I probably talk too much sometimes — but is it really an issue for the other 99% of my followers? No, never.
I’ve gratefully made so many friendships through this network, and I love you all for that. Apparently we’re a “cult” now 🤣💀
As you can see in the screenshots, I accidentally missed adding the free capsule that came with her unicorn purchase (one item) in her very large basket. This was noticed after I had already received more claims from her and had asked for a postage quote on the new items. I am only human. Mistakes happen, especially when baskets have been sitting for months.
I would have happily sent the capsule out separately and covered the shipping cost myself if needed. But there was already another small order of claims on the go, and the missed capsule would have fit into the satchel anyway at no extra cost or weight. Under 5kg is the same postage price.
She even originally said, “It’s okay, you’ve had a lot on your plate lately,” which makes the later messages incredibly ironic.
When she turned nasty and mean, yes, I gave her some of that same energy back. But I am lenient and kind to everyone. I give free gifts constantly. I explain what’s happening with orders because I don’t want people wondering where their things are. If I say, “I’ve got a lot of orders to pack and should have them all out Wednesday,” that’s me trying to communicate openly, not make excuses.
I don’t like blunt customer service. I never want my supporters to feel like they’re just another transaction or sale. I genuinely care about the quality of service and crystals every single person receives.
She then said she’d be leaving a lesser review because of it… and here it is, posted from a fake account. Which honestly feels pretty rich considering I held a massive unpaid order for months based purely on trust and messages saying, “I’m getting a loan in a couple weeks,” which turned into a couple of months… while still continuing to claim more items and saying how much she loved everything.
That sounds pretty 5-star to me.
Sorry for the ramble, but this just isn’t okay. I work my ass off to make this business the best I possibly can in every way. To then be run down on multiple fake accounts and by friends jumping in is honestly bu****it.
All screenshots are in order — they’re just cropped smaller because after I blocked her, the screenshots showed the “you blocked this person” notification at the bottom. I cropped names out where needed just to prove my point.
I guess kindness doesn’t get appreciated anymore sometimes.
To the rest of you who continue to be nothing short of amazing, supportive, patient, and understanding — thank you so much. I appreciate you more than you know.
I’m just frustrated that someone could have the audacity to try and tarnish my business over something so minor after I was nothing but accommodating for months, only for them to suddenly turn awful one day.
