💡 What is Shop 4 A Cause?
Shop 4 A Cause is the official op shop of Invisible Illnesses Inc, a self-funded not-for-profit organisation supporting people living with invisible conditions. Every item sold helps fund support groups, counselling, awareness events, community programs, and more.
📍 Where is the shop located?
📍 15 Dixon Road, Rockingham
📍 12 Day Road, East Rockingham
Look out for our bright signage and welcoming team – you can’t miss us!
🕒 What are your opening hours?
Monday – Friday: 9am – 4pm
Saturday: 9am – 3pm
Sundays & Public Holidays: 10am – 2pm
Closed: Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, and ANZAC Day

💬 What kind of items do you sell?
We offer a treasure trove of second-hand goodies, including:
Clothing for men, women, and children
Shoes, bags, and accessories
Homewares, kitchenware, and décor
Books, puzzles, DVDs, and CDs
Toys and baby goods
Linen and Manchester
Small bric-a-brac and collectibles
Stock changes daily – you never know what gems you’ll find!
🎁 Can I donate items?
Yes please – we rely on your generosity! We gratefully accept:
Good-quality, clean clothing and shoes
Accessories, bags, and costume jewellery
Homewares and small décor items
Toys, books, games, and puzzles
Linen, towels, and Manchester
🛑 We cannot accept:
Broken or stained items
Mattresses, furniture, or whitegoods
Electrical items
Items that are wet, mouldy, or unsafe
Please only donate items in clean, working condition. If you’re unsure, give us a quick call – we’re happy to guide you.
📦 Please don’t leave donations outside after hours – they may be damaged or pose a risk. If you have a large donation, contact us in advance to arrange a suitable drop-off time.
💰 Where does the money go?
All proceeds from Shop 4 A Cause go directly into Invisible Illnesses Inc, helping to provide:
Support groups for Autism, ADHD, PTSD, and more
Counselling and mental health support
Programs like Coffee & Chat, Life Coaching, and Dress for Success
Autism, ADHD, and PTSD assessments
Community education and awareness campaigns
We receive no government funding, so your support truly changes lives.
💖 Can I volunteer?
Yes please! We’re always looking for community-minded individuals to help out with:
Sorting and pricing donations
Customer service and retail support
Visual merchandising and displays
Promoting sales and special events
No experience needed – just a big heart and willingness to learn.
