💛 R U OK? DAY — TODAY 💛

Today is a reminder to check in, start the conversation and genuinely ask, “Are you okay?”

You never know what someone might be going through behind the scenes. A message, a conversation, a coffee or simply being there can make a bigger difference than you realise.

Look out for each other — not just today, but every day. 💛

When your 2 yr old wants a tshirt to match his siblings. How could I say no :)
