Well, while we're up in Karratha each year, it's always our niece's birthday. This year she had one request... burgers and fried chicken with all her mates. 🍔🍗

Hard to say no, so after a massive weekend at FeNaClNG Festival, we fired the grill back up again. Thankfully this time it was only 12 burgers instead of a few thousand! 😂

Now it's your turn!

Catch us tomorrow from 4pm for our last pop-up before we hit the road home. We've got a limited amount of burgers and chicken left, so once it's gone, it's gone!

Well... what a weekend at FeNaClNG Festival! 🍔🔥

The plan was to trade up here for another 8 days... but our truck had other ideas. It looks like the turbo has decided it's officially retired, so unfortunately our Pilbara trip has come to an early end.

The good news? We're doing ONE LAST POP-UP before we head home!

Alright Karratha... it's that time of year again! 🍔🔥

Your favourite smash burger truck is rolling back into town, and this year we've packed the coolroom so full there's barely room for us. We heard you loud and clear... "Don't sell out!" So we've brought enough to keep those cravings under control.

We've mixed things up a little this year. The smoked meats have stepped aside to make way for crispy Southern Fried Chicken... but don't panic—the award-winning smash burgers haven't changed one bit. They're still the same juicy, cheesy, flavour-packed burgers you know and love.

So come down to the show, grab Perth's Best Smash Burger, and let's see if Karratha can finally eat us out of burgers... we're betting you can't! 😏🍔

This time next week we'll be firing up the grill in the Pilbara! 🔥🍔

We've got a stack of events locked in over the next few weeks, but this one is by far our favourite. Not only do we get to serve up our award-winning smash burgers, but we also get the chance to catch up with family and friends.

Every year we sell out, and each year we've brought more stock to try and keep up with demand. This year, we're not taking any chances—we're packing every spare inch of the truck and coming fully loaded!

We've also got extra staff on board to help keep the line moving during those busy rushes, so hopefully no one has to miss out this time around.

Pilbara... we're ready! See you all soon! 🤘🍔

A huge thank you to everyone who came down tonight!

What an incredible night. We honestly didn't expect to sell out so quickly, and we're sorry to everyone who missed out on getting one of our smash burgers.

We'll make sure we're better prepared next time by bringing more stock and an extra team member so we can keep up with the demand.

It was amazing to see just how big this event has become, and we can't wait to be back.

A massive thank you to the team at The Local Farmers Market South West Events for putting on such a fantastic event, and thank you to everyone who came out and supported us. 🍔❤️

The burgers were sizzling on the grills. Nostalgic tunes drifted through the air. The rhythmic sound of kottu being chopped on the hot plate echoed across the market as glowing coals and open flames danced beneath satay skewers.

Smoke rolled through the market carrying the irresistible aroma of garlic, grilled meats and sizzling spices. Kebabs were overflowing with fresh fillings and tangy tzatziki, while the sweet scent of warm sticky date pudding filled the air, making it impossible not to stop for dessert.

To everyone who came down tonight... thank you. ❤️

And to anyone who missed out on dinner... we're sorry! So many of our vendors sold out in record time thanks to the incredible turnout. Your support of our local food trucks and small businesses means the world to us, and we can't wait to do it all again in August! 🍔🔥
