Chocolatiers require a kitchen environment with a low humidity. High humidity creates a lot of headaches. Including cooking a high boil confection as our Leatherwood Honey toffee.

Timing is crucial, and today has proven to be a perfect day for a new batch. Gorgeous deep caramelised, with a slight burned floral honey taste.

Freshly made today and available once again tomorrow at from 8 to 3.

First thing on the production list, our double aged rum x raisin Lakker bars. Juicy rum- soaked Australian raisins, carefully blended in our 38% Milk Chocolate.

Probably the most techical chocolate bar in our collection, but can confirm. We still got it 💫
