Orchard Delights at Springdale Orchard We are a family owned and run business situated in the Perth Hills. We produce a variety of jams, chutneys and Italian biscuits.

Our family has been a part of the orchard industry in Karragullen (situated in the Perth Hills) since 1950. We hand pick, sort and pack our own fruit. Our premium produce is exported overseas as well as sold locally to Canningvale Markets and individual specialty stores. We specialise in a wide variety of stonefruit and apples and began producing conserves in 2012 under the label of Orchard

Delights at Springdale Orchard. This came about due to our concern about the amount of fruit that we were disposing of, not because of taste, but because of blemishes on the skin which make them unsellable to the general public.

Obviously as a commercial orchard our main business is growing fruit to sell at the markets. Unfortunately not everything you pick is of market quality and that’s where jam making comes in. The fruit in the picture on the right are our rejects, mainly because they are too soft for market, but perfect for jam making!

A big thank you to everyone who visited our stall at the "Live Lighter Perth Hills Festival" today and purchased some of our produce. You have all helped to make our day fabulous!

Everyone that bought something today were placed in the draw for a hamper of jams and biscuits. This was drawn at the end of the day. Congratulations to Tyson, who came to buy some jams for his mum and is the lucky recipient of our raffle prize. We hope your mum enjoys the jams and biscuits, Tyson!
