Moorelands Bush Nursery offers a variety of native plants and trees for landscaping and garden projects.

We also have The Feed Shed, our cozy cafe serving delicious food and drinks. Please note our cafe is only open Saturday and Sunday from 8am-12noon.

🌿 LUCKY DOOR PRIZES AT GARDENFEST 🌿

First prize is a genuine gardener's haul, premium potting mix, Lucerne mulch, ActivGrow soil improver, mushroom compost, gardening gloves and a rake and to put it all to work. Second prize is this gorgeous garden statue, ready to find a spot in your own patch.

You'll need to be there on the day to win, so come out and see us on Sunday 30th August from 8am to 2pm. Gold coin entry gets you in the running for these prizes as well as the opportunity to enjoy our guest speaker, check out the market stalls, participate in our workshops, food and plants.

🌿 MOORELANDS GARDENFEST 2026🌿

GardenFest is coming and the kids are in for a treat! 🌼

Bring the little ones along to paint their own Watercolour Bouquet with Tahlia from A Thousand Yellow Daisies. All paints and equipment are supplied, and kids can follow the examples and handy tips on offer, or let their imagination take the lead.

Pop the artwork aside to dry, then collect the finished masterpiece at the end of the day. A colourful floral keepsake to take home!

$10 per child, cash or card, pay on the day.

Say hello to Paul Plant Horticulture, our guest speaker for Moorelands GardenFest on Sunday 30 August. Paul is a qualified Horticulturist and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Horticulture, known for his work as founding editor of subTropical Gardening magazine and as a garden presenter on ABC and 4BC radio. These days you'll catch him on 4AK and West Bremer Radio. He'll be joining us on the day with three talks, starting with Never Grow a Boring Garden. Save the date, mark it on your calendar!

This little Lego figure has been left behind at Moorelands. Since then they've had quite the adventure checking out the plants, inspecting the Garden Extras, exploring the gardens, and trying to help out in the Feed Shed. If this character belongs to you or someone you know, come out and see us at the Feed Shed Cafe and we'll reunite you, hopefully before they get too comfortable here and try to take over.
