Once I studied this energy it taught me the importance of both balance with wisdom and love. It also taught me about connecting to the heart chakra to the crown and going deep within the inner temple of the soul showing me how to connect strongly with the Christ consciousness energy. Once I had done this, I was overwhelmed to see just how really connected we are as one consciousness and how we are not separate at all. For example, when things go wrong in the world we can see and feel this as a collective. Over time, with constant work on raising my consciousness through meditation, I was no longer attracted to certain people and they to me as whatever was learnt with our connection, overtime was learn and it was time to move on for more experiences. It also taught me, if I was to be a spiritual teacher, what a huge responsibility it was and how important it was to move students on, once I had taught them everything I knew as not to limit them. My focus was not for money, as my prices were very cheap but a journey for myself to learn more as well because I was a spiritualist at the age of seventeen and I was constantly learning everything I could. The spirit world is a vast consciousness of love and light and healing. From my experience so far, there is always so much to learn. Too many times I have seen over the years, people going and doing courses then becoming experts in their chosen field only producing students that copy everything you do and never grow spiritually and becoming a mini version of you. That is why I decided to close my groups I had one student that sat with me in trance and mediumship for many years, only to copy everything I did and claim it all for her own. SEDONA /USA

Many years ago, while travelling in America in a beautiful place called Sedona, in America, I had the most amazing experience. Sedona is a small, vibrant sleepy town, situated in the Arizona desert, which is surrounded by red-rock buttes, which are tall, flat-topped, steep sided towers of rock, enormous canyon walls and beautiful pine forests that are very inspirational to the senses, with tangible, regenerative effects. It is no surprise I have always wanted to go there as it is known as a spiritual place and global metaphysical epicenter, full of new age healers, varied spiritual artists and spiritual guides. Throughout the town, because of its energy, are large art centres, dense with new Age galleries and many alternative people that live a life different from the urban lifestyle most of us live in today in our big cities. People from all over the world love to go there, to appreciate the nature and its amazing energy.
Sedona was once known to be a sacred place used by the native American tribes that lived on the outskirts. They called it their temple, used it for ceremonies and respected its sacred energies and many active vortexes, which are still very much active today. The natural vortexes there radiate their own paritular energy. In simplistic terms a vortex is a whirling mass of air and energy where some are thought to produce energy flowing upward while at others the energy spirals downward, entering the earth. You can feel this from a range of sensations such as a slight tingling on exposed skin, to a vibration emanating from the ground when you encounter a vortex. You can also feel it by a palapable sensation across the nape of the neck and the shoulder blades. Many people have different experiences but for myself, I felt different ranges of emotion such as a great sadness, where I could not stop crying when I entered certain vortexes to an incredible feeling of great joy, where I would find myself laughing hysterically for no particular reason.
I wasn’t surprised when I was told the history of the land. The guide told us that the indigenous people of these lands chose to live outside of the area because of the intense energy and high vibrational frequencies that you can feel when you open up your senses. When we arrived for our first visit we were told by our guide, a very gentle new age woman called Feather, Sedona is also a flight path for extra-terrestrial craft, as many have been sighted in the area which is known for having many vortexes, like Airport Mesa, Bell Rock, Boynton Canyon and Cathedral Rock. As I spoke to many friendly and open people from so many countries visiting the area like ourselves, about this type of phenomenon, I was constantly shown pictures of different types of crafts and shiney objects in the sky that had been caught on film on a daily basis. While staying in a hotel, unbeknown to us, in one of the most powerful vortexes in Sedona, as it is said it mixes both masculine and feminine energies together, I fell and had a very uncomfortable injury, making it hard to walk short distances, or do basically anything really as it was so painful when I exerted myself. It was an old injury that had not surfaced for a long time, from my lower back which was hurt when lifting patients wrongly on night shift in my old nursing days as a junior nurse as we had not much help and to run around and do everything by ourselves due to lack of staff. I was so disappointed, my trip would be ruined, as it would be impossible to go for hikes and long walks in the beautiful nature and desert terrain. Saying a small prayer, as I am a big believer in miracles, I asked for spirit intervention for my back and prayed it would get better, so not to ruin my family’s holiday and my own. I had waited so long to visit Sednona so I wanted to savour every single minute while we were there and shuddered at the thought I would have to stay in bed or use crutches. I did not have too long to wait for my miracle because the first night I was suddenly awoken in the middle of the night by a loud buzzing sound and whoosing sound, which woke me with a start. When I opened my eyes, the room had a special energy about, as it felt electric and everything was strangely vibrating, like in waves with a loud buzzing sound in my ears. Then the next thing I knew, I was being picked up by an incredible light force off the bed, then lifted n the air, given a few prods and stretched a bit. The very tall being was a bluish colour but I could not see details as everything was blurred. Overwhelmed, I just went with it and before too long, I felt myself being knocked out, like I was dreaming. Feeling very disorientated, I don’t remember what happened next, as everything happened so, fast like a whirlwind as if I lost time. The next morning, I opened my eyes and could not get over how well I felt. When I stood up from the bed, while my husband was still sleeping, I did not have any pain in my body as well. All the pain and stiffness had gone. I was so over-joyed, realizing it wasn’t a dream but a healing had taken place instead. Whatever had happened, was some type of healing that had taken place. It was a complete re-aligned of my poor back that had causing me trouble for almost a year. I was just truly so grateful for what occoured, never tried to think about it too much and could not stop laughing and dancing around the room yelling out I was cured and thanking the beings of light for helping me. My husband and daughter just stared at me in total belief. It was no surprise my daughter decided to sleep in our room the whole duration of the holiday. She was terrified a space ship would take her away, even though it would never be the case.

1. LADY NADA
The ascended lady master Nada is here for peace, ministration and service. She works on the ray of compassion and is on the Karmic Board, where she represents the third ray. Lady Nada works with mental healing and upliftment. The thousand petaled lotus on her forehead symbolizes enlightenment for the feminine, as well as the masculine, mental body. She teaches that intelligence requires the addition of love to become wisdom. Throughout history she was a high priestess working in the temple of self-transformation. She had great knowledge and understanding of the physical karma that affected the spirit and soul through the higher self that needed to be cleared. She learnt many techniques of healing such as sound, colour, hands on, manifestation and working with crystals and essential oils, herbs and counselling techniques, to heal the whole body. She taught this to the Priest’s and Priestesses of Atlantis that worked with her to heal the population that came to the temple. In the alter Lady Nada installed the Violet Flame of self-transformation for all. Lady Nada’s next life was in India where early on as a young girl her gifts came through extraordinary and people were drawn to her. She taught as a female guru working in this life time with yoga to help clear energy blocks in the body and working with food groups that can cleanse the body and restore balance. INSIGHT
One day a woman came to me for a reading as she wanted to connect to her late mother and father in spirit as it was hard for her to move on with her life as everything seemed so difficult. Both her parents were killed in a car accident and she did not have time to say goodbye. While alive, the relationship was difficult as both the parents had really little time for their children as they were only into each other. Over years there was a lot of resentment so they hardly saw each other except a phone call for Christmas and birthdays. Feeling guilty and needing some type of closure, she wanted to clear the slate so to speak, by communicating with her parents in spirit and was overwhelmed both siblings were left a substantial amount of money in their will as they were not expecting anything. There was also no funeral or service, just a burial arranged by their solicitor. As soon as I tuned into the parents, from the picture she had given me I heard a woman’s voice, telling me she was very sorry she never made more time for both her children as she had used all her love for her husband who was her life partner and soulmate. The spirit woman said she was with him in the spirit world and if anything, their love had grown stronger. She understood the error of her ways and went into great detail about all the things that were going on in her children’s life, as if finally showing an interest. This was very comforting for my client, who kept shaking her head in disbelief as she always thought she had no interest in her or her brother at all. After the session was over, she was happy to forgive her mother, had stopped crying and said she felt better and was at peace. If anything, she said she felt she understood her whole life better now and would explain it later to her brother.

Master energies are portholes of light that offer assistance in times of need

1. ST FRANCIS OF ASSISI
Francis of Assisi, born Giovanni di Pietro was an Italian catholic friar and preacher. He was named the patron saint of animals and of nature because of his way of seeing God through a world as one, where everyone and everything was equal. In his childhood he was one of several children to a prosperous silk merchant and a French noblewoman. He lived a good life as a wealthy young man but grew dissatisfied with that type of life when he was working for the military. While there he was captured and rapidly re-evaluated his life after a vision, which effected his whole way of being and life spiritually. Once he returned to normal life, he spent time as a beggar, building repairing chapels and nursing lepers. He was soon joined by others. Many of the stories that surround the life of Saint Francis say that he had a great love for animals and the environment. Saint Francis invited all of creation animals, plants, natural forces, even Brother Sun and Sister Moon, to give honour and praise to the Lord.
INSIGHT
While meditating with St Francis, I saw myself walking slowly into a big field, full of wild greenery, as far as the eye could see; flowers, insects, butterflies and many birds flying free and wildly, overhead. As I walked further into this space, I could sense a great peace and feel the soft green grass under my feet, the warm sun caressing my skin and the cool breeze gently touching my face, very gently and tingling as it did so. The sacred space I was in, was a serene place and any worries I may have had for the day, just simply disappeared without a trace. As I began to wander around in wonderment, I began to smell the sweet perfume of the wild flowers, all different shapes and colours until I came to a great tree that must have been hundreds of years old. Sitting down I leaned gently against its gnarled roots and trunk and waited patiently for St Francis to arrive. Before too long I saw an old man in a long brown gown, surrounded by all types of animals, wild and domesticated, walking happily besides him. As I looked closer, my eyes filled with tears and laughter, as I could see my own cats, in the spirit world running towards me. They all seemed happy and I was given a message of love that they are doing well, happy where they are and never forgotten. This was a beloved sign my fur babies are doing well. Not long after I did a group meditation with some students. As I took them down to a deep state, they all said later, not only did they feel a strong healing but a few said emotionally how they met up with their past pets, that were in the spirit world. It was a wonderful experience they said. One woman said she met up with her horse she had when she was younger. He was a black and white pony she used to ride when she was small. Overwhelmed with happiness she shared her story with the class as it was such an incredible experience she said, as they were best friends. The small horse gave her so much love and support.

Life without love, is like a ship without a sail, as love is the key to everything that is. Love helps us be positive and keeps our life full of color and it gives us the power to manifest out heart’s desires. When we love what we do we have success as it is a pleasure to work with the energies and manifest our rewards. When we do something we don’t like, we lose interest and we generally become miserable and fail. As a psychic child, I had an invisible spirit friend that I called John, an elderly man that had a strong English accent which in hindsight was pretty hard to understand. I remember having long conversations with him and him giving me the answers to everything I thought I wanted to know. He was very friendly, kind and protective and I thought everyone could see him but it got a little strange when I released, he was invisible to the people around me and I was the only one who could see him. Looking back, I understand I was actually talking to my deceased grandfather who I never met in the living. Sometimes mum used to come up the back to my small cubby house and ask me who I was talking to. Feeling embarrassed, I just said I was talking to myself and making it all up, as it would be too difficult to explain. I had told her similar things before and she never believed me, so why would she now I kept thinking to myself. Over the years I kept it my little secret as I knew intuitively, she would never believe me anyway. My life continued in this way for a very long time while I was small and I soon learnt not to say anything as to get into trouble. The good thing was, I was never lonely and I remember having lots of conversations to many spirits and angels that comforted me in those days when I was alone. When I became older, they all disappeared, but I could still sense them in the background. I believe now it was because I needed to have my own life and I had many things to learn. After trying many vocations, I decided one day I would dedicate my life to the work of a psychic medium. This was probably the best thing I could have ever done, as it was my spiritual purpose and I have never looked back. Spending years with my development to be the best at what I could do, it took me on a big healing journey as I never stopped learning so many things.
