ATTENTION ALL DRONE USERS ON VICTORIAN COASTLINE

The Bureau of Meteorology have issued a warning for geometric storms along the Victorian coastline. Although the Aurora has been pretty over the last few nights, this solar activity can impact on your drones ability to function under GPS navigation. The measure of this activity is measured as a Planetary K-Index and this measurement is from 0 to 9. Currently the Victorian coastline is sitting at 9 - Intense Geometric disturbance.

Drones typically impacted will be:
- All Splashdrones - certain impact
- FD1 Fishing Drone - certain impact
- FD2 and FD3 - may see minimal impact
- DJI brands - may see minimal impact
- Autel brands - may see minimal impact.

If your drone has interference from Geomagnetic conditions, don't use return home. The best response is to immediately place the drone into ATT mode and manually recover the drone.

These conditions have been around for about 3 days, and are forecast to disappear by the weekend at this stage.
