Labradorite is a Stone which Displays Beautiful Flashes of Iridescent Colours of Blue, Green, Yellow, Copper and Grey. It gets it's name from the Location where it was found in 1770 in Labrador in Canada. It has been used by the Native People of Maine for over a Thousand Years, Inuit People Believed it to have been Pieces of the Aurora Borealis which had Fallen to Earth. It has been used by Shamans and Healers as a Stone of Protection, Self Discovery and Universal Awareness. In the 1940's a type of Labradorite which Displays the whole Spectrum of Colours was found in Finland and named Spectrolite.

🔸 ️Polish Flint is a member of the Chalcedony Family.
Flint is usually Dark Grey, Blue, Black or Deep Brown in Colour and often has a Glassy Appearance. It occurs Chiefly in Sedimentary Rocks such as Chalk and Limestone.
What is Rare in this Gemstone is the Internal Layering. This type of Flint, called Banded Flint, only occurred in the Jurassic Limestone in Poland (160 million years ago). The Irregular Banding Creates Extremely Picturesque Internal Structures making very Special designer Cabachons.
During the Neolithic Period (5000- 3500 years ago) Flint was mined for the production of tools (axes, arrowheads, knives). These tools were exported as far as the Netherlands. The Ancient Polish Flint mines were only recently rediscovered in the twenty century.
Polish Flint is said to Help those too Focused on Past Hurts to move on. Polish Flint is believed to Calm Emotional Drama. Flint gives you Self Confidence and Courage. If you are Sad or Depressed, wearing this removes Frustration and Despair.
