Meditation can be tricky in the beginning, our minds like to wander, and over analyse. I realised the best way to overcome this was to not overcome it. I respect the thoughts and let them pass, I remind myself to stay present by focusing on my breath or something specific in the room that doesn't distract me. ❤🧘🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️
