Our absence of posts probably really is the best indication of how the fishing has been lately. We are not necessarily saying there isn't any fish because people are out getting them, there just has become an absence of fishermen. The advantage of living so close to the water is that if it's too cold in the morning to go fishing you try again in the afternoon.
The minimal reports that we are getting are showing some promising signs of calamari making their way in and the odd report still of decent reds in the bay.. the sharks are still going strong both offshore and top of the bay. A few more fish are showing up on Cowes jetty overnight and still a few schools of salmon around San Remo jetty.
