The planning process for a retreat usually takes well over 12 months and these 2 weekends were no different! I had THE most supportive team who helped to bring 2, back to back weekend retreats together smoothly and I am so grateful for their help.

Beth Twist from Heartstring Samplery was in attendance from the USA and everyone thoroughly enjoyed her company and her 2 new designs exclusively presented to us.
Christina from Whilst Iris Naps also presented us with a beautiful exclusive design and filmed a video for everyone to hear about her inspiration.

All 3 designs with kits will be released to the public later this year and remain exclusive to A Stitch in Time for 12 months.

Retreats are such a wonderful way to meet new friends and continue already established ones. We had so many new retreat attendees this year! Come and join us next year.

The annual virtual tradeshow for shops is on again this August. New cross stitch designs and accessories are being released!

All products listed are PREORDER and we estimate products to arrive and be ready to send out to you by the end of September 2026.

Please order other in stock items separately.

You can order as many times as you like from the preorders. Shipping costs will be added once all items have arrived and we will combine orders and calculate your shipping costs then. An invoice will be sent to your email address provided on your order so please ensure this is correct.

Please contact [email protected] if you see anything advertised by a particular designer that may not be listed here. We are adding designs as they come in to us by email so check this collection regularly for updates.

This week will see us host one of 2 winter retreats with Beth Twist from Heartstring Samplery. Please be aware that online orders will be processed as quickly as we can, however there may be some delays over the weekend while we are at retreat.
