Behind Tasmanian Honey Store is a family story built on big dreams and a love of the land. When Michael and Stacey moved to Tasmania in 2015, two hives beneath a greengage tree rekindled their beekeeping journey. Today, farm life brings together their bees, Anroc Quarter Horses and the historic Robin Hoods Well farm-stay cottages. Every jar of honey carries a little piece of that story. 🐝🍯🐴🏡

Because the flowers change with the location and season, every honey can have its own colour, aroma and flavour.

Combined with the care and patience of family beekeeping, every jar tells a little story of Tasmania.

We truly appreciate a couple who has shared their thoughts about AI-generated content. We understand that many people prefer to see something real and authentic—and honestly, so do we.

So here it is: real, raw honey in my real hand. 🍯

AI may help us with some of the time-consuming parts of managing our social media, saving us time and money. But it does not run our business, care for our bees, harvest our honey or replace the real people behind what we do.

We are still hands-on beekeepers, caring for real bees every day of the year. Their health and wellbeing always come before the honey. We harvest as gently as possible, with minimal disturbance to the colonies.

We may continue to use AI as a helpful tool in our online presence, but the heart of our business will always be human—and everything in the hive will always be wonderfully real. 🐝🐝🐝🐝
