The reality is that running any small business is not a walk in the park. It takes a lot of time, effort and energy to put into all the aspects of a business, not just the service or product your offer.

Then add in doing it with a history of anxiety and depression, and there will always be thoughts in your head.

I absolutely love what I do and wouldn't give up growing or designing with flowers but the highs and lows that come with it are honest and don't come without their challenges.
