Jord asked me why I do the podcast (20+ hours of love labour every week) and I’m still coming up with reasons two days later.

It’s a galloping horse that I cling to by tufts of mane and calf muscles, simply along for the ride. It’s a way to push my edge and show up imperfectly in public. I believe like nothing I’ve ever believed in the power of rambling personal convos and the positive ripples they cast. I am floored by the wisdom and stories of folks of my wider acquaintance and wanna give them a megaphone. I am under instruction from permaculture-curious aliens. I needed a goddamn project. AND SO ON.

Anyway, I love the podcast (IT IS CALLED RESKILLIENCE IF I FAILED TO MENTION THAT and I honestly can’t be stuffed posting content to a separate channel so all of you friends have to weather my promotional material) and am gobsmacked by the positive reception over the past year.

Because it’s the twilight of 2024, and the podcast is now a toddler, I put together this celebratory list of the most downloaded episodes to date — but note, recent ones have a huge disadvantage cos they’re foetuses, so don’t get all huffy cos today’s episode with is your fave. Maybe it’ll feature in next year’s charts!
