We're all setup with a small selection of our woodcraft at the Artisan Alley Makers Market in Latrobe today. It's a beautiful day to head out and support all our local makers.

We're finally back. After selling out completely at last years Tasmania Craft Fair, buying a new house, building a new workshop and then having to replenish stock (as well as introduce a few new products), we're ready to set up at the next Artisan Alley Makers Market at the Latrobe Memorial Hall on the 30th August. Make sure you head down and support all our Tassie crafters :)

The market dates for the rest of the year.

Here's our new Tarot card storage box. You won't find these available anywhere else in the world. Our own design engraved into genuine Tasmanian timber veneers in Blackwood, Myrtle and Tas oak. Currently stock is limited and will be available at upcoming markets (dates TBA) and at the Tasmanian Craft Fair at the end of October, site 1B. At only $29, they make the perfect, affordable gift.

We've been busy restocking all our products for this year's Tasmanian Craft Fair . On the go at the moment are our popular key hangers which we completely sold out of last year. There may also be a couple of new designs on the way...

New & updated product!
Our initial recipe binder was "ok" but I wasn't entirely happy with it, so I put in a lot of design work changing how it operates and how it looks. These new ones are made with premium hardwood veneers featuring more vintage style artwork and a more universal centre clip to suit readily available plastic sleeves. This is the first one completed after many prototypes were built and adjusted.
Next step is to build up enough stock for the Tasmanian Craft Fair later this year. Stock will be limited therefore I won't be taking pre-orders at this stage.

Apologies for the lack of updates in recent months. We've been up to our elbows trying to complete the new workshop by the end of our March deadline - and we did it!
Although there's a few finishing touches to complete, we're all moved in and have started replenishing stock for a few upcoming markets. Although we're primarily concentrating on this year's Tasmanian Craft Fair, we should be able to get to a couple of smaller markets in the interim. We'll keep everyone up to date. Cheers.

Hello to all our followers. It's been a little while since our last update as we've been busy cleaning up the new property and settling in. Our new workshop construction has been slow getting off the ground due to the holiday period but things are about to take off. The pad has been laid and concreters are due next week to do their thing. The shed itself has been delivered and we are geared up to erect it as soon as the slab is down. We hope to be back in full production by early to mid March with both our laser crafted woodwork and leather bags. We have lots of new products planned, completely stocked up with raw materials and are eager to get back to work.

I must apologise for being very quiet on socials lately. We moved house over a month ago and things have been quite hectic. After a near complete sellout of products at the Tasmanian craft fair we had to cancel any future markets leading up to Christmas as we physically couldn't make anything else. I tried setting up in an old shed at the new property but it just doesn't work.
We have begun construction on a new workspace for our wood and leatherwork projects and hope to be back up and running in the next couple of months. Hopefully this double rainbow that I captured a couple of days ago is a sign of good things to come.

So, as some of you may be aware, we pulled up stumps at Latrobe and moved up the road to Sheffield almost 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately this means we need to build a new studio. In the meantime, I'm feverishly trying to setup a temporary workshop in a leaky old shed in order to make more products after a near complete, unprecedented sell out at the Tasmanian craft fair last weekend. While this is great for us, it means weve had to cancel upcoming markets prior to Christmas. Please be patient while we replenish stock. A big thankyou to everyone that made a purchase last weekend.
