EAT SHOP LOVE IS HIRING!
We're looking for that rare person who can do a little bit of EVERYTHING — and actually loves it!
This isn't your standard retail job.
One day you might be merchandising a store, the next helping plan an event, supporting a team, creating social content or being on the ground bringing a market to life.
We need someone to join the Eat Shop Love team across Retail, Events and all the crazy, fun, planning and ex*****on involved in supporting the management of a growing retail and events business.
🦄 OUR UNICORN MUST BE CONFIDENT WITH:
🛍️ Retail Sales – confident selling, connecting with customers and driving results
✨ Visual Merchandising – you know how to make products and spaces look AMAZING
💕 Team Management – confident supporting, leading and motivating people
📱 Social Media – comfortable creating content and getting involved online
🎪 Markets & Events – happy to roll up your sleeves and help make things happen
📋 Planning & Ex*****on – organised enough to handle the behind-the-scenes stuff as well as the fun stuff!
📍 WHERE?
Ideally you'll be based in the Illawarra or Macarthur region, however you will need to work across BOTH areas at times.
💗 THE ROLE CAN WORK FOR THE RIGHT PERSON

We're more interested in finding THE RIGHT UNICORN than squeezing the right person into a particular box.
You need to be adaptable, confident, organised, creative, great with people and willing to jump in wherever you're needed.
