🌟 Shoutout to Melinda and Barry! 🌟

These two have been doing a fantastic job this morning putting together hampers for Cardamone Real Estate Mooroopna! 🎁👏

They’ve been busy selecting, packing, organising and making sure every hamper is looking its absolute best - and they’ve done such an amazing job. It’s wonderful to see the pride they take in their work, the way they work together, and the skills they continue to build along the way. 💪😊

Opportunities like this are so valuable for Melinda, Barry and everyone who works in the shop. They provide a chance to learn new skills, build confidence, work as a team and take pride in doing a job well.

A huge thank you to Cardamone Real Estate Mooroopna for supporting us and providing opportunities like this. The support of local businesses helps create meaningful work experiences for our participants and allows them to show just how capable they are. ❤️

And today, the spotlight is firmly on Melinda and Barry — you have both done an absolutely fantastic job! 👏🌟

Pop in to see us Monday- Friday from 9am-4pm

Today we’re giving a big shoutout to Nicole! 👏💪

Nicole has been learning how to do the printing on our wooden boxes and crates, and she is now doing it completely independently! 🎉

It’s been fantastic watching her confidence grow as she’s learned the process and taken ownership of the job. She should be incredibly proud of herself — and we certainly are! ❤️

Well done, Nicole! Keep smashing those goals! 🌟👏
