Fat is fat - there is no doubt that it's difficult to budge from our bodies at the best of times.
I have dropped 30kg twice... I truly thought that I would not put that sort of weight back on once, let alone twice... but I managed to get back up to close to that 100kg mark a couple of years ago.
It's been a battle, with pain and inflammation. I have had back surgery and plenty of emotional upheaval in the past 15 years. Many things can affect our digestion and often the choices of ‘food’ that we put in our mouths.
An iridologist had me change things up March 2023. Lots of supplements, but I soon found that it wasn't quite enough, and something really had to change!
My way of eating is not for everyone, but I have managed to get rid of 14kg and a couple of dress sizes ... the only thing is, there are fat layers still there.
Visceral fat is the hardest type to get rid of. Some suggest that intermittent sprinting is the go, others say that having plunges in ice baths is what you should do. Doing both is also suggested. That thought just blows my mind!!
For me, with some painful structural conditions in my feet, walking is not an easy exercise, let alone running. Ice baths: YEAH – NAH!!
I mentioned to a dear friend, that I had developed Lipoedema, which is like toxic fat stuck in scar tissue and it's in my legs and hips! She told me about this 'stuff' that is going to be available.... it burns visceral fat, by just putting it in a drink, twice a day! "Seriously, no way..., ‘get out of town’, that's just not possible" was my reaction!!
Well blow me down, you would not read about it - as they say!! There is a very clever bunch of peeps, who have created such a substance.... you could have knocked me over with a feather...
I have checked out the information and yep, it's possible....
AND, very, very soon this will be available to us Aussies who struggle with that bulge battle!
🔥🔥🔥
Lipoedema is a chronic (long-term) health condition that causes an abnormal build up of adipose (fatty) tissue in the body. Lipoedema usually affects the legs, thighs and buttocks but it can also impact the arms. Lipoedema can cause significant pain and swelling. Females are more often affected by lipoedema than males.
