We're all set up and ready to go! See you tomorrow at 10 am.
Remember, our Anniversary Sale is much smaller than our Aussie Day Sales of past years. We have just one book-case of fabrics, and these are priced at $7 per metre. As well, we have oodles of kits, fabric packs, patterns, and much, much more. Don't forget to grab a lucky door ticket as you arrive ~ prizes will be drawn on the hour every hour, starting at 11am.
And we'd love to see any of your Faeries projects made over the years, so bring them along to show us!

It's getting awfully close now! This Friday, we open the doors to our 30th Anniversary Sale! Open 10 - 2 Friday 12th and 10 = 12 Noon Saturday 13th June. Held at 70 Park Parade Shorncliffe.
Walk up the side path and discover a wonderful world of fabrics, kits, patterns, all on special for the sale, as well as displays of quilts, new and old ~ a celebration of memories. Please bring along your friends, your enthusiasm, your Faeries projects made over the years, and enjoy the day. Held in the breezeway outside the shop for bargains, and inside the shop for our full-priced items. We won't let the rain dampen our spirits! See you there, with bells on!

Just hope it's a fine day next Friday for the Anniversary Sale! Recognize these two quilts? The one on the left was released in 2010, and the one on the right even earlier ~ 2006. Next to go up will be one released before both of them ~ made in 2004 and released in 2005. Can you guess the name of that one?

On this windy, chilly morning, I'm thinking of glorious summer days, hours spent clambering in the frangipani tree, remembering a childhood spent in the peaceful 1950's. So different from now!
This quilt was a dedication to those blissful days of my childhood. I wonder how many of our customers share these memories?

"Shabby with a Twist" ~a lovely pieced quilt, with an interesting twist ~ a peeper that twists and turns between the seams of the squares, which are set diagonally. Sold out in these fabrics but kits in new fabrics are just as lovely.

Busy preparing for our 30th Anniversary Sale in just two weeks' time! So much still to do! More will be revealed closer to the time, so keep checking. Hopefully the weather clears up to bring us a beautifully crisp, clear, blue winter day. Friday 12th June 10am - 2pm and Saturday 13th June 10 am - 12 Noon. Don't forget to bring along any Faeries projects you have made over the years. We would love to see and share these with others at our event. It won't be a huge Aussie Day style sale ~ but we will have lovely fabrics on special, as well as many other goodies. We are at 70 Park Parade, Shorncliffe, Qld 4017, for anyone who has not been to our shop. Apart from this celebration, we no longer have a shopfront, but we do have plenty of lovely choices online. As well, we send out newsletters approximately once a month, so sign up if you want to keep up to date with our latest designs and specials.
