White chocolate is not real!π±
Is it or isn't it?
Read to the end and you will find out π
Chocolate can be called this if it contains cocoa productsβοΈ
Dark chocolate and milk chocolate contain cocoa butter and cocoa powder, which is π« brown in colour and gives these types of chocolate their familiar dark colour.
White chocolate does not contain cocoa powder π€¨ It consists only of milk π₯powder, sugar π and cocoa butterπ§, which is ivory in colour and makes the chocolate hard and crunchy. Cocoa butter makes the chocolate melt in your mouth π and not in your hands.
Good-quality white chocolate should contain approximately 1/3 cocoa butter π§
πPlease noteβΌοΈIf it says chocolate on the package and contains other oils (palm oil, soy oil, etc.), it cannot be called chocolateβΌοΈ
π€ Rest assured! We use the Finest Belgian Callebaut chocolate, which contains pure cocoa butter.
