After losing our building in the disastrous fire of 2013, we were humbled by the amount of donations to help us get back on our feet. We were given a large number of plants to get our garden looking beautiful, a talking piece amongst visitors to Stanhope now. Sadly, overnight someone has decided to help themselves to one of our established plants. Not being green thumbs, we have no idea what the plant was, but it is gone. If anyone wants cuttings we are happy to help, just come and ask! Please don't steal what was generously given.

We had a fantastic day for Melbourne Cup Day. Plenty of fun had by all! Congratulations to our prize winners (and losers...

We had a fantastic day for Melbourne Cup Day. Plenty of fun had by all! Congratulations to our prize winners (and losers!) and BIG thankyou to the lovely people and businesses that donated our prizes. We have not yet tallied up the amount raised so I will update later today. Check out the photos of our fun day in the sun.
