🎉 WEST BALCATTA P&C FATHER’S DAY RAFFLE! 🎉

Father’s Day is just around the corner, and we’re excited to be running our West Balcatta P&C Father’s Day Raffle! 🎁

We’re currently seeking donations from our wonderful school community and local businesses to help make our raffle a success.

HOW CAN YOU HELP?
Businesses may wish to donate a gift voucher, hamper or another relevant item that would make a great Father’s Day prize.

As a thank you, we’ll promote your business on our social media pages! If you’re donating on behalf of a business, please leave a business card with your donation so we can make sure we have the correct details to promote you.

📅 Donations accepted until: Tuesday 1st September

🎟️ RAFFLE TICKETS: $3 each via Spriggy
⏰ Ticket sales close: Thursday 3rd September 3pm

🏅 What a Fantastic Sports Disco! 🏅

A huge thank you to…

💙 Parents and families who generously donated food and drink items.

💙 Volunteers who gave up their time to help set up, serve food, sell tickets and pack away at the end of the night.

💙 Seb, our volunteer photographer for the night!

💙 Staff members who generously gave up their Friday evening to supervise and support the event.

💙 Student Councillors for helping guide our junior students, assisting with activities, and handing out prizes.

💙 Everyone who attended. Seeing so many smiling faces enjoying the music, games, food, and fun made all the hard work worthwhile!

👫 Kindy – Year 2 5:00pm – 6:15pm
(guardian present & encouraged to bring a picnic rug & set up on grass area outside the disco)

👫 Year 3 – Year 6 6:30pm – 8:00pm

🎟 Tickets:
Online pre-sale tickets are $8.00 OR $12.00 which includes a food and drink.
