Recently, an individual without a delivery scanner, ID, or uniform attempted to collect return parcels. When our team rightly refused, as per our strict security procedure, the situation became uncomfortable and threatening.
Why we said no:
✅ No Official Scanner: Legitimate couriers use scanners to officially log and track pickups.
✅ No Company ID or Uniform: The individual could not provide verified identification.
✅ Threatening Behavior: A genuine delivery professional would never act this way.
We will always stand by our team’s decision to refuse a handover that doesn’t meet our security standards. Your parcel’s safety is non-negotiable.
