I just wanted to give a little update about our live sales.
As of this Wednesday we will be trying something a little different and running both of our live sales on TikTok instead of Facebook. The main reason for this change is that the video quality and connection on TikTok is much clearer, and we experience far less lag compared to Facebook lives. This means you will be able to see the crystals more accurately and the live runs much smoother for everyone.
TikTok also gives us the chance to reach new crystal lovers and grow our little community, which is really important for the future of the business.
I completely understand that some of you prefer Facebook or may not want to download TikTok, and that is absolutely okay. I want to make sure no one feels left out.
After our Wednesday night TikTok live, I will be posting a recap video here on Facebook showing anything that is left from the live sale. You will still be able to claim items from that video if you prefer to stay on Facebook.
This way everyone still has a chance to purchase, while we can also take advantage of the better quality and engagement on TikTok.
