Working in vaginismus and s-xu pain has completely changed how I see intimacy.

Something I remind clients of all the time is this.

You deserve pleasure.
You are a whole person whether pe*******on feels accessible right now or not.

Nothing about s-xual pain makes you broken or less than.

And any practitioner supporting you should hold that understanding too.

Vaginismus Support Program
If pe*******on—of any kind—feels painful, impossible, or off-limits, this is for you.
Whether it’s tampons, toys, fingers, or a partner—if your body says no.

This 6-session 1:1 program is designed to help you:
– Feel safer in your body
– Reduce tension, pain, and shutdown
– Explore pleasure on your terms
– Take slow, supported steps (only if and when you’re ready)

I work with a small number of clients at a time so I can give you the time, care, and clarity this work deserves.

Waitlist now open.
DM me “WAITLIST” to get first access, receive a free guided practice, or book a clarity call if you’re unsure.

Thoughts from a 🌶️ Therapist about pleasure

10/05/2025

i, I’m Jassy (She/Her)—A certified s€xologist (somatic-focused), 🌶️ coach, and pleasure advocate, currently completing a Bachelor in Psychotherapy. I’ve trained in vaginismus support, Gottman Relationship Therapy (Level 1), and have been mentored by one of Australia’s leading clinical s€xologists.

Since opening my online clinic, Second Base 🍒, I’ve supported over 50 people through 1:1 work focused on vaginismus, pe*******on anxiety, and s€xual pain (amongst other things)

My approach is structured, pleasure-focused, and grounded in science. I combine nervous system tools, clinical frameworks, and practical education to support people in feeling more informed, more in control, and more connected to what they want—whether that’s pain-free pe*******on, medical confidence, or intimacy without shutdown.

I believe everyone deserves a vibrant, pleasure-filled life—even inside the systems that have told us otherwise.

If you’d like to learn more, all my 🔗 are in the bio—including a free 20-minute call if there’s something you’re ready to chat.

I get it—it’s hard out there (and not in the good way) here is a practice to support you building the foundations for supporting your arousal

Please note this is generalist advice and can be supportive but sometimes there are other underlying things happening so please seek other supports/ advice

I am not the expert on YOUR body but I can offer little tips and practices to support you from my expertise. Sometimes medical intervention may be required and a holistic approach is always best so seek trusted GPs, Therapists, S-xologists, Naturopaths

Disclaimer: this is general info, not personalised advice.
I’m a working Pleasure Advocate and S-xologist — I support people navigating vaginismus and pe*******on anxiety every week. But this post? Not a protocol. Just a soft starting point.

If you’re dealing with this, I highly recommend building a solid support team.

That means:
– A GP who takes you seriously
– A pelvic floor physio (they know their sh*t)
– A trusted partner/ friend/ family member or Therapist(Hi!)

I’m not the gold standard — no one is. Support is layered, nuanced and individual
Want recs? DM me. I’ve got a list.

The support I offer/ others exists because vaginismus gets over-medicalised. People get reduced to a diagnosis and forget they’re a whole human.
You are not your pain. You’re not a problem to fix.
But you do deserve a full, pleasure-filled life — inside and outside a bedroom context.

Here is a starting point:
DM me ‘PRACTICE’ and I’ll send you my 7-minute Pleasure-Focused Practice.
Waitlist for the Vaginismus Support Program is in the bio.

A POV of a s-xologist soaking up all the pleasure and glimmers in her life 🍒

For the new people here – I’m Jassy (she/her). A Melbourne original now living in Lombok, Indonesia. I’m in my thirties, learned to surf this past year, and currently studying a psychotherapy degree.

I love talking pleasure, s-x, and relationships – and I’m an endlessly curious human. I wasn’t always a pleasure-focused person, but over time I’ve integrated it into my life… and I’ve never been happier.

Some of the hats I wear: pleasure coach, somatic s-xologist, feminist, and business owner.

So glad to have you here.
