Hey guys! September is just around the corner and you know what that means! Sunshine Medals is back! A few minor changes moving forward to note will be;
-Currently working on a better way for customers to order medals. With my current methods have allowed some minor things to have slipped through the cracks. You guys have been amazing and understanding but moving forward this will be one of my biggest improvements.
-Prices will be increased slightly. Over the ANZAC Day period just gone, I saw small profits but not enough to justify the amount of time that was sacrificed to keep this sustainably going. I still strive to be one of the most affordable mounters on the market so don’t worry! Updated prices will be live on my website by the time I’ve opened back up
-A 50% deposit will be required before any mounting commences. I currently have a bunch of mounts here that have been completed but customers have ghosted me. Requiring this deposit will ensure I’m not out of pocket and you guys are getting the products you require.
-I’ll be going from 2mm to a 3mm acrylic backing. This provides a beefier look and also is incredibly strong. Unfortunately this is slightly more expensive, hence the slight increase in price
-A few things also in the background are changing on my end. This will ensure you guys get more reliable responses on enquiries and possibly even faster turn arounds.
