HEY SISTER: UNSUPERVISED - DAY 5 💋

Self doubt? Anxiety? Imposter syndrome?

Who, me? NAHHHHHH 💅🏼

The office got a minor upgrade today. Actual chairs. ADULT SIZE. Because up until now Steph has had us packing your orders in children’s camp chairs, which I think says everything about where we’re at as a business.

(We’re returning them. They’re too big. A girl can dream.)

Should we start a GoFundMe for a Big Sister Warehouse? Joking about the GoFundMe. Dead serious about the warehouse.

Turns out you lot LOVE our scrubs, so maybe it’s time we started acting like a real business 🥹

A few more sleeps and Steph is home to nurse her head and get stuck back into orders.

HEY SISTER: UNSUPERVISED - DAY 4 💋

Today’s episode is late. Offensively late.

In my defence…200+ orders were packed over the weekend. That’s not a flex, it’s a confession. My hands are cooked and the label printer and I are no longer on speaking terms.

And before anyone hands me a medal - Sheri and Ally were right there beside me the whole time. I just happened to be holding the phone, which is the only reason it looks like a one-woman operation.

Anyway. Enough about me (rare).

HEY SISTER: UNSUPERVISED - DAY 3 💋

I gave myself the day off.

Didn’t submit a leave request. Didn’t ask permission. Just…approved it. On behalf of management. Which is me now.

Steph is 17 hours behind and currently asleep (questionable assumption), so realistically - what is she going to do about it? 🤷🏼‍♀️

Orders are still going out, by the way. I’m unsupervised, not unhinged.

HEY SISTER: UNSUPERVISED - DAY 2 💋

Turns out being CEO isn’t just new wardrobes and a fancy title 🙃

Today I learned that “running the empire” actually means...running the empire. Who knew.

Spent half the day actually doing sh*t (shocking, I know) and the other half staring at my phone waiting for Steph to FaceTime back, reminiscing on old photos of us like a desperate ex 📱👀

Turns out our sisters (the customers, not just the team) expect things like...responses. And decisions. And me knowing where things are.

Adulting is so overrated.

10/10 still not messaging Steph that anything’s wrong. She’s in Vegas. She deserves this.

Anyway - while she’s off being blissfully unaware, I figured I’d open the floor.
