"Currently, the unemployment rate among people with autism remains high, with some estimates coming in at over 80%."

This makes me incredibly sad; without inclusion and acceptance, what hope do our kids have?

My vision for Ring Swingz is that it will be an employer of diversity and inclusion across all areas of the business. I want to provide a safe workplace where our kids are nurtured, supported and encouraged to be the best they can be.
